Provincetown is a magical spot that has always attracted writers, artists, and other creative people looking for unforgettable moments in life.
We dedicate our Provincetown inn, the Carpe Diem Guesthouse, to poets who seized the inspiration of special places like our little town.
A stay at Carpe Diem brings our guests closer to the soul of Provincetown - and hopefully they will come across one of those unique moments in life at our Provincetown guesthouse.
Carpe Diem Guesthouse opened its doors at the current location in 1999 in a building that already had been an inn under different name and ownership for the most part of the last half of the century. In 2006 "Pearl's House", the Bradford Street side annex opened, which allowed the creation of the popular Zen garden in the center atrium of the inn. The building of Namaste Spa in 2007 was another milestone as was its 2013 expansion, which added a large yoga and meditation room on the newly constructed second floor.
